| Many products in the pharmaceutical and fine
chemical industries require special clean room
handling. Our clean room guarantees high
purity products manufactured in a controlled
atmosphere with a limited number of particles
in the air. The automatic filling of the dryer, the
high vacuum drying down to mbar, the gentle
mixing of our products with the electroplated
worm, and the final product filling are all
done in the clean room. Once the product is
filled directly from the dryer into the drums,
the drums are sealed and only allowed to be
opened by our customers. |

In contrast to many other companies, the whole
system at Ferak is completely contained in the
clean room, which enables us to offer products
of the highest purity.
In recent years we have identified that evenstandard fine chemicals with very special
applications require a high purity working
atmosphere and batch sizes of typically
0 – 400 kg. Our 1,000 l cGMP dryer therefore
offers the ideal batch size for niche products
with a limited volume but demanding technical
requirements. |
