Because our cryogenic system is equipped with
special brine for an operating temperature range of –90 °C to +170 °C, we do not need to change the
central cooling and heating fluid. Additionally, it has
a gas inlet which allows specialty gases like HCl, HBr
or SO2 to be used up to 6 bars applied pressure in
organic reactions.
This gives us maximum flexibility when using different kinds of chemicals which require special handling. The reactor has a stirring capacity for working
volumes of 20l to 480l. In accordance with pharmaceutical and fine chemical restrictions this reactor is fully lined with white enamel which |

ensures process
containment and ease of cleaning. Intended for
metal-organic reactions like Grignard and strong
exothermic reactions, this equipment allows us to
help our clients with challenging reactions.
Our jacketed stainless steel pressure filter system
can be used for temperature-controlled filtrations.
This fits well into our cryotechnology equipment as
temperature controlled processes from –30°C to
+
150°C allowing us to maintain a specific reaction
temperature throughout the whole filtration
process. |
